Frequently Asked Questions

  • Please contact the event organizer to have them place you onto the show map.

  • Yes, once you update your Spot, all instances/events/worlds that your Spot is in will be automatically updated.

  • Please add a title to your listing and try again. This is a current bug that we are addressing and it will be fixed in a future update.

  • Please join us on our Discord server at www.discord.gg/alkmy and chat with the moderators on the platform. We’ll make sure to get your ideas and feedback to the appropriate team.

  • Spots is a free platform to build your own space and share it with friends. We don’t collect a transaction fee or take a percentage of your sales.

    Events, such as a convention by an existing organization like LA Comic Con, can set their own terms for their event that is being hosted by our platform.

  • Absolutely! Simply press the share button next to your store name to share or generate a URL to share. Those people will be appear in the exactly location where you are standing when you pressed the share button.
